* ❌ Been approved by any Islamic authority
* ❌ Received endorsement from Islamic scholars

**We ARE:**

* ✅ Researching Islamic finance extensively
* ✅ Designing based on Mudarabah principles
* ✅ Seeking formal certification (Target: Q2 2026)
* ✅ Transparent about our approach

#### Not Islamic Scholars

The MinaPool team consists of **developers and entrepreneurs**, not Islamic scholars or certified Shariah advisors.

**Our understanding** of Islamic finance comes from research, not formal Islamic education.
